President Vladimir Putin congratulates Crimeans for "Historic" ChoiceOn the 9th anniversary of the vote that reunited Crimea with the Russian Federation, the Russian leader stressed the great strides made since 2014.
Important points from his address included:
- The restoration of the Crimean bridge after the terrorist attack continues and I am sure it will be completed on time
- The Russian authorities will do everything to stop any threats to Crimea
- More than 250 investment projects are being implemented in Crimea with a total investment of almost $5bn.
- In Sevastopol, there are 100 more projects totaling more than $3.5bn.
